Imamov Diller Siddikovich (1939 - 2000). Painter. Member of the USSR Union of Artists. People's Artist of Uzbekistan. He was born in Tashkent. In 1960 he graduated from the Department of Painting of the RHU, then in 1966 the department of easel painting of the TTHI. Teachers: V.Korovin, N.Pak, R.Ahmedov, M.Saidov. Was engaged in teaching activities. D. Imamov is the author of works of everyday genre, made in a strong realistic manner, inherent in the same age as the "severe style." Quietly restrained, generalized manner of writing in the genre paintings of the artist is replaced in its plein air landscapes by the subtlest coloristic development, which gives them warmth and awe.
