The favorite motives of Boris Brynsky are the old city of Tashkent, its streets, surrounding gardens and mosques. The artist paid special attention to the daily life of the eastern city and correctly noticed its peculiar features. In 1960 he graduated from the Department of Painting of the RHU, then in 1966 the department of easel painting of the TTHI. Teachers: V.Korovin, N.Pak, R.Ahmedov, M.Saidov. Was engaged in teaching activities. D. Imamov is the author of works of everyday genre, made in a strong realistic manner, inherent in the same age as the "severe style." Quietly restrained, generalized manner of writing in the genre paintings of the artist is replaced in its plein air landscapes by the subtlest coloristic development, which gives them warmth and awe.
