In 2006 Graduated from the Graduate School of the National Institute of Arts and Design. K. Bekzada, Department of Monumental Painting.
Since 2005 to 2008. worked as a teacher of drawing and painting in a kindergarten in Tashkent.
2004 He graduated from the Bachelor of Arts at the National Institute of Arts and Design. K. Bekzada, Department of Monumental Painting.
Since 2002 to 2004. worked as the head of the children's creative circle, in the center of additional education, in Tashkent.
1999. He graduated from the Republican Art Lyceum.
Uktam Saidov was born in 1980 in Urgench, in a family of artisans. In 1997 he graduated from the gymnasium of arts №24 in Urgench.
In 1997 he entered the National Institute of Arts and Design named after K. Begzad. In 2002 he graduated from the bachelor's department with excellent marks, and immediately entered the magistracy, also graduating with honors. His mentors and guides in art are famous artists - academicians Mannon Saidov, Negmat Kuziboev, Rakhim Akhmedov, artist Muhammad Nuriddinov.
He is currently a teacher of drawing at the sculpture department of the National Institute of Arts and Design.

Creative activity:
