1964. Valeriy was born in Tashkent city. Uzbekistan.
1979-83. Graduated from The Republican Art College named after P.P.Benkov.
1983-90. Study at The State Art Institute named after A.N.Ostrovsky at the department of monumental painting. Tashkent.
