The member of the Art Union by the Art Academy of Uzbekistan from 1993.
Awarded the silver medal of the Academy of arts of Uzbekistan in 2014
Awarded with “Shuhrat” National medal of Uzbekistan in 2015

1964. Victoria was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
1979-83. Graduated from The Republican Art College named after P.P.Benkov, Tashkent.
1983-90. Study at The State Art Institute named after A.N.Ostrovsky at the department of book graphic.

The works of the artist are kept in collection of the National Bank of Uzbekistan, in the private collections of members of governments of England, Switzerland, Uzbekistan, in collections in USA, Russia, South Korea, Uzbekistan, China, Germany, Japan, England, Italy, Austria.

Uktam Saidov was born in 1980 in Urgench, in a family of artisans. In 1997 he graduated from the gymnasium of arts №24 in Urgench.
In 1997 he entered the National Institute of Arts and Design named after K. Begzad. In 2002 he graduated from the bachelor's department with excellent marks, and immediately entered the magistracy, also graduating with honors. His mentors and guides in art are famous artists - academicians Mannon Saidov, Negmat Kuziboev, Rakhim Akhmedov, artist Muhammad Nuriddinov.
He is currently a teacher of drawing at the sculpture department of the National Institute of Arts and Design.

Creative activity:

• 2007 - Member of the Creative Association of Artists of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan.
• Since 2003 has been actively participating in all republican and other exhibitions:
• In 2004, the exhibition “Teacher and student. The traditional realistic school of R. Akhmedov ”.
• 2007 project “Constellation Postscript”.
• 2007 "Fine Arts Week"
• 2008 Diploma of the 1st degree in the exhibition “The Shining of Art in Coins”
• 2008 "Week of Fine Arts"
• 2008 Youth exhibition “What are we thinking”
• 2008 The third traditional and modern art festival "Navkiron Uzbekiston"

• 2009 Exhibition "Eng uluk eng aziz"
• 2009 “My beautiful Tashkent”. Exhibition dedicated to the 2,200th anniversary of Tashkent.
• 2009 Traditional and Contemporary Arts Festival “Navqiron Uzbekiston.
