He was born in 1966 in the city of Asaka (Uzbekistan). Education: Moscow Pedagogical University (Faculty of Philology), Tashkent Fine Arts School named after Benkov (Department of Painting), Member of the Creative Association of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan. In 2009, at the international competition of cartoons in Anapa, held in the framework of Kinoshok, Salidzhon Mamatkulov was awarded a 1-place for a cartoon by Lyudmila Gurchenko (the works were evaluated by famous actors of Russia and the CIS). And in 2010, in the international competition in China, was awarded a 3-place for the cartoon on Louis de Funes.
